Projet Paysage
Landscape Architects
A planning and landscape architecture firm founded in 1992, Projet Paysage has been a major player in the planning and design of public spaces in Quebec and around the world. The Projet Paysage team has developed a unique know-how in the conception and execution of exceptional public spaces that combine cultural, recreational and commerical activities in the context of all four seasons. Recent projects include Pointe-Nord on Nuns Island in Montréal, the Aquatic Complex in Laval, the new Radio-Canada headquarters and the ZIBI neighbourhood in Ottawa.
Fahey
Planners and LEED Consultants
As the planning consultant for the Cité Midtown project, Fahey et associés were retained to develop the project’s global concept and approvals. The Fahey team, along with other professionals, came up with a transit and pedestrian oriented development concept that also incorporated services to create a real neighbourhood on the site. They elaborated the concept of offering a variety of housing typologies, density and a mix of uses, all focused around a shared street, public plaza and local park. As the LEED consultant for this project, the Fahey team will advise on the best solutions to pursue the LEED ND certification.
