Set to open for the 2027 swim season, Cite Midtown’s heated outdoor salt-water pool will be perfect for a refreshing morning swim, a midday escape or a more extended “staycation”. Elevated from the surrounding grounds and surrounded by groves of trees, with lounges and umbrellas, it will be a secluded retreat in the heart of your community.

Adjacent to the pool will be three communal barbecues and dining tables & chairs, for an evening of al fresco dining. And just steps away, flanked by Buildings 1.1 and 1.2, lies the central plaza, Cité Midtown’s original public space, which when fully completed in 2027 will include a splash pad for kids to run around before wandering over to the new 2 acre city park.
